Macaw exists to provide professional support to charities and community groups within Cheshire and offers the following services:

Macaw is the trading arm of Congleton District Voluntary Action
From August 2009 Macaw will be offering quality IT Technical Support and Web Design packages. These are available to both Voluntary & Community Groups and the Business Sector. Pricing for computer support will start at £15* for a 6 month period and will include Help-Desk access with remote support and a highly reduced call out rate.
Other monthly packages are available to suit all types of groups, organisations and small businesses. All IT Support Packages include Help-Desk access and remote support. Other services that may be included are priority call out, consultation visits, procurement advice and network planning.
If you would prefer not to pay for your computer support monthly, pre-paid time can be bought and used as required and also includes remote support and Help-Desk access.
Macaw also offers a general call out service at a competitive rate.
